At Tallawah Brew LLC, we strive to provide you with the best coffee, tea, and related accessories products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.

 

Returns Eligibility:

Perishables (Coffee and Tea)

    - We do not accept returns of coffee and tea products for hygiene reasons. Also, the cost for the returned food (perishable) items would outweigh the cost for the product itself, which will ultimately be discarded. 

Non-perishables

    - We accept returns for non-perishable items bought from this online store, such as Merch, Drinkware, and Accessories, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    - To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

 

Return Process for Non-Perishable Products:

    - If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our friendly customer support team within the specified return period.

    - Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#), along with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Refunds:

    - Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

    - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    - Please note that shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

    - If you received a defective or damaged item, we are more than happy to exchange it for a new one.

    - Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item to initiate the exchange process.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

    - For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened coffee and tea products.

    - Any promotional or clearance non-perishable items, unless defective, are also non-returnable.

 

e-Gift Cards:

Our e-Gift Cards do not expire. However, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Return Shipping:

    - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged/defective product).

    - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
